We went to San Antonio with our good friends Nick & Tracy back in November. We had such a fabulous time and even squeezed in a trip to the Shiner Brewery and a day trip to the Fredericksburg/Hill Country for some wine tasting!

Rainbow Cake
How fun is this cake?! I just found it at http://www.omnomicon.com/rainbowcake . It doesn't doesn't look all that hard (cake mix & food coloring?). I'm going to give it a go this weekend and will update on how it goes!
